Event Request Form

Welcome!

For all meetings and events that are held in the synagogue, the first step is to complete this form to reserve the space you need.

**To assure we can accommodate everything you would like to have, if your event includes food, you must submit your request at least four weeks before your meeting or event. If your event does not include food, this form must be submitted at least two weeks before the event.

We will confirm your event within five business days and will contact you then to get all of the details needed to ensure we have everything you need for you event.

Celebrating a bris? Not a problem! If your event must be scheduled more quickly, please contact the office directly at 522-0701.

Please note that use of the facility is contingent upon meeting all financial obligations according to the policies of the Board of Trustees.

All events require security be in place. The organizer may be responsible for covering the costs for security which will be determined after reviewing your event.
